2. How long will it take for you to arrive?

Depending on where you are located, our emergency arrival time can vary between 20 and 40 minutes! It’s very rare that we arrive late but if something happens beyond our control causing us to be late; we’ll let you know as soon as we set on our way. If it’s not an emergency, just drop us a line and we’ll be glad to arrange a time convenient for you.

3. Can you repair or replace damaged door/window frames where necessary?

Of course! Once we have seen and assessed the situation, we will be in a position to advise you accordingly as to whether or not you should repair or even replace. We can help you with every step of the way and until the problem is solved and your premises are secure.

4. Will you be able to provide new and/or replacement locks where required?

Yes, of course. Wait until you see the inside of our vans! Locks galore!

5. Will you be able to advise and carry out work to conform to current
British standards?

This goes without saying. We can even carry out a free security survey while we are there to ensure that all your other doors/windows are up to scratch with
insurance requirements!

6. How much can I expect to pay?

In most cases, we can quote the job beforehand but in some cases we’ll need to see everything first in order to know what needs to be done. Our charge will include labour + parts + VAT but you can rest assured, you won’t need to pay a fortune
for a call out fee!

7. How will I know it’s you when you arrive to gain entry to my property?

For safety and security purposes, we will tell you the name of the technician you are to expect. He/she will give you call before arriving at your property, present ID on arrival and just to top it off, the van will give it all away!

8. Are you available during the weekends and at any time?

Yes, we are on call 24 hours a day and 7 days a week! We couldn’t leave you without a locksmith in your time of need, surely! For emergency call outs, we will be there in 20-40 minutes but if it’s not an emergency, just drop us a line and we’ll be glad to arrange a time convenient for you.

9. How can I pay?

We will accept advanced bank transfers, card payments and cash payments. Following that, on completion of the work, we will provide you with a VAT receipt.

10. Just one more thing… what guarantee do I get?

All our work and parts are guaranteed for 12 months so any problems, just give us a shout! Don’t forget that we don’t charge a call out fee!
